Emma Rena

Hailing from Minneapolis, MN, you could say that Emma Rena was born into music. Her grandmother was a concert pianist, her cousin is an award-winning producer and her father is a jazz bassist. Emma began singing at the age of four and started her classical training for jazz piano only a year later. Throughout middle school, she continued to hone her craft as a musician and performer through involvement in orchestras and musical theatre. This culminated in a major performance at Minneapolis's renowned Dakota Jazz Club when Emma was just 13 years old. After graduating high school, she transplanted to Los Angeles to focus on her recording career full time. Since releasing her Me, Myself and I EP, Emma has turned her attention to recording her debut album with producer James Fauntleroy, which will feature her on vocals and piano performing all original compositions.
